Anyway, what I saw was that we saw her do a free (short) concert at New York's City Hall in 1984 and we were right up front. She's always seemed like a person who knows and likes herself (which is why the recent cosmetic work is so distressing) and she's a good songwriter.
Patricia Abbott is the author of more than 125 stories that have appeared online, in print journals and in various anthologies. She is the author of two print novels CONCRETE ANGEL (2015) and SHOT IN DETROIT (2016)(Polis Books). CONCRETE ANGEL was nominated for an Anthony and Macavity Award in 2016. Apparently done before she became a botox monster. Why do women do that to themselves? Don't they know they look horrible?
