If you're in Detroit on Sept 17th

Please come see Megan read at the Honors College at Wayne State University this Thursday.

For those who expressed an interest, here is a nice interview done in Memphis in July.

Perhaps there's some way to share this, during or after the fact? Like the others who have posted, I'd love to be there, but Detroit is to far.

I hope it goes well.

She will be on WDET (101.9 in Detroit), the next day. I think it will be available on podcast. A really great radio interview was on Memphis NPR a few weeks ago, which is also avaialable. I wish you could all be there--just so we could meet.

I also wish I could be there--I just finished Bury Me Deep. Fabulous! It made me dig out an old book about Winnie Ruth Judd. Based on the information I read about her, I wish she could have handled events as well as Abbott's heroine did.

Thanks so much for writing, Deb. I will be sure to tell her when she arrives. Yes, she did give her a better fate than poor Winnie Judd.
