What's Your Favorite Soundtrack at the Minute
Still in love with this one because the visuals from the movie play in my mind as I listen to it. I am hoping to get DEEP BLUE SEA soon. I don't realize I am listening to the music as I watch a movie, but find when I hear the soundtrack later, I realize I have.
What about you? What do you like lately?

I'm listening to THE HUNGER GAMES soundtrack.
We just got sucked into the first season of GAME OF THRONES over the weekend, and I've enjoyed the music quite a bit. I will probably be picking that up very soon.
My favorite sound tracks are all Broadway albums but I don;t suppose they count for this. My fav fav of all time is the Batman score from Danny Elfman. But the one soundtrack I listened to over and over when it came out was the Spiderman soundtrack. It had a lot of great pop rock punk bands I enjoyed.
My favorite still is from last year, the musical soundtrack from the movie DRIVE, by Cliff Martinez.
I am so hooked on Game of Thrones. If I could just keep all of them straight. Again, the music goes right over me.
I am hoping my library will buy HUNGER GAMES.
Loved DRIVE but I don't remember the music.
I love Broadway musicals-a love I don't share with the husband.
O Brother, Where Art Thou? still does it for me.
BTW, my word verifications are PHOUNT and PESSIO. Phountpessio sounds like an opera I'd listen to.
It's a tie between PANIC IN YEAR ZERO and THE BIG COUNTRY. Ripped to my music file, I play them every day while working on posts and such.
I bought that CD. I wonder where it is.
Kung Fu, wow, an amazingly different pick. I remember the show well.
Evan Lewis named Kung Fu, the second series. Don't know why it didn't show up as a comment but did as an email.
@Randy Johnson: let's hear it for the Jerome Moross' iconic score for THE BIG COUNTRY
Latest, bluesy track for Little Big Man, low-key but works, and thinking of it mostly b/c I just finished re-watching the movie over the weekend.
Cool soundtrack to The Return / (Возвращение) . . .
Love Thomas Berger.
It's not recent, but Francis Monkman's music for THE LONG GOOD FRIDAY has stayed in my head for years.
I also liked what Robert Altman did with (similarly-titled) THE LONG GOODBYE where different versions of the title song played behind various scenes in the movie.
I had no movie in mind at all until the mention of DRIVE. I have gone to YouTube many times to listen to the pop songs from that flick.
I bought the soundtrack from HUNGER GAMES for work. I imagine that will check0out real well.
Right now, LOVE STORY by Andy Williams. I saw the movie starring Ryan O'Neal and Ali McGraw only last week.
