Do I have to turn off the television also? That's right in the middle of a show we watch every week. And...while watching TV we always have one low (green type 40 watt) light on to help with contrast (otherwise I get a headache). The rest of the house is dark.
Wait, this was yesterday? We were watching a movie on DVD (Point Brake).
Well, I was at a concert but turned out all the lights--except forgot to turn off the computer. And it turned out the treadmill was still on. So how bad was I?

You don't realize how much you depend on electricity until you don't have it. Good for the soul, I think.
The EMpire State Building is doing it too, Patti.

Enjoy yourself in the dark. I'm going to read.
Global warming is not something I believe in. Scientific evidence is spotty at best.
I learned of this too late to do it. Maybe next year.
