A few of these were from 2023 but I didn't see until 2024. Despite the strike and other mishaps, I didn't think it was a bad movie year.

As I told George, we've seen no new movies this year. Sad? Maybe but our habits have changed 100% over the years. In the early 1980s, when we first got a VCR and I was recording everything, I watched - literally - hundreds of movies a year. The high point was 1983-84-85, when I watched 317, 535 and 413 new (to me) movies (plus other repeats). Now it's almost all streaming TV shows.
As I mentioned to George earlier, I am completely out of the loop. Our tastes in films differ completely, Patti, as I prefer low-rent blood, gore, and cheesiness in my viewing. I don't think any on your list meet those standards.
I'm disappointed that SPIDERMAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE Part 2 was delayed until 2025. The same with MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: DEAD RECKONING Part 2.
I love both TV and movies. But probably movies more. Getting out of the house rates high with me. Even before Phil died. And movies can be more artful than TV. PACHINKO is about as close as TV comes. And RIPLEY was gorgeous. But any narrative, even podcasts, pull me in.
I will be catching up with more film in the near future, I hope...I gather Jerry might just like a few of your choices, Patti, such as TV/GLOW...Alice bought a pass to the local AMC just before the pandemic hit...alas.
