Have yet to see the film...wonder if that was her voice, or she was doubled; fine reading, either way. Frank Sinatra's recording was probably the best of his early years that I've heard...and one of the best anyway.

I see Sinatra might not have recorded it for vinyl/shellac till '61...so I was fortunate in hearing a radio aircheck on a FRED ALLEN SHOW from the late '40s...

I saw this one too. Good one. She was dubbed, Todd: She co-starred in 1945 with Dana Andrews in the musical film State Fair, in which Louanne Hogan dubbed Crain's singing numbers.
