Amazon/Hachette and buying books the old fashioned way
In case you’ve not heard Amazon and Hachette are having some trouble reaching an agreement on pricing and until it is resolved things may be a little weird if you are used to getting your books from Amazon. Hachette books are not available right now and this means you may have to work a little harder to get books by favorite authors, including Megan Abbott, Michael Koryta and JK Rowling

Long live the brick and moratr bookstore! And to amazon.com I once again wave my middle finger and stick yet another very long and barbed needle into the vooodoo doll made in Jeff Bezos' image.
Good list, although let me correct it that Poisoned Pen is in Scottsdale, not Phoenix.

I buy things from Amazon that are not available elsewhere, that elsewhere being Powell's or B&N, though the latter has an awful selection these days.
Haslam's in St. Petersburg, FL and McNally in New York City should be added to the list. And for Canadians, McNally Robinson in Winnipeg. For mysteries Murder near the Beach in Delray Beach FL.
I think there's reason to hope that Amazon has miscalculated. The idea was to make authors turn up the heat on Hachette to surrender, but the authors are correctly blaming Amazon.
