Kevin Louis Abbott at fifteen months. I don't know what the thing with wearing the hat all the time is cause he's got hair under there but we couldn't get it off of him.

Obviously the cuteist and most fabulous granchild in the history of human existance.
I think he kept it on because he thought he'd be leaving anytime. He's not that used to being at our house without his parents. South Park, that nails it.

SHOT IN DETROIT was nominated for an Edgar Award and an Anthony Award in 2017. A collection of her stories I BRING SORROW AND OTHER STORIES OF TRANSGRESSION will appear in 2018.
She also authored two ebooks, MONKEY JUSTICE and HOME INVASION and co-edited DISCOUNT NOIR. She won a Derringer award for her story "My Hero." She lives outside Detroit.

How adorable! Both my boys pulled their hats OFF as soon as we got them on. Still do.
A certain PEANUTS-character look (or, my goodness it just came to me, SOUTH PARK) with the constant hat...
