Forgotten TV Shows: THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW: IT MAY LOOK LIKE A WALNUT



Continuing with the vein of humor on TV, this was one of my favorite episodes of DVD. Definitely influenced by THE TWILIGHT ZONE.

Oh, I always liked this show. I always thought that Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore had good on-screen chemistry.

I also liked the one where she opened the boat in the living room.

Sadly, this show is one from its time that hasn't aged well, for the most part.

But it extended the idea of what a TV show could be about. That ordinary life can look unordinary sometimes. Also like Laura Petrie COAST TO COAST.
