My Life at the Theater, All My Sons
Arthur Miller wrote this, his second, play in 1947. He was 32. I have seen more plays by Arthur Miller than any other playwright with the exception of Shakespeare. I have seen this play at least twice.
We aw ALL MY SONS at the Meadow Brook Theater at Oakland University (Michigan) in 2000.

Patti - Oh, that's a very powerful play! I'm not surprised you've seen it more than once.
Better than most Millers. Much better than DEATH OF A SALESMAN. INCIDENT AT VICHY is another of his which is underrated, vs. the several with are overrated.
I am fond of all his plays.
Interesting that you've seen so much of Miller. We haven't, for some reason, but then he doesn't play in New York as often as you might think.
We've seen 15 different productions of 9 different Shakespeare plays and the exact same number for Shaw. We've seen a dozen of Neil Simon's plays (includes two musicals he wrote the books for).
We've seen 32 performances of 10 Sondheim musicals, plus another 5 "revues" of Sondheim music.
Jeff M.
We have never seen a Miller play on Broadway. We've seen several in London and the rest in Michigan-one or two at the Jewish Ensemble Theater.
