Theres also an obscure connection here with another great singer, namely: Frankie Avalon. Did you remember ?, in 1969 he was the star of a British made horror film called "The Haunted House of Horror" (still not a bad little movie actually) and at the end of the movie the lights are turned off in the house and the geezer whos been murdering everyone says "no light, no light". Just an obscure bit of related trivia that i thought you might like. BTW, "The Haunted House of Horror" should be easy to find on one of the many thousands of movie sites on the internet and i think its still worth seeking out because of the hilarious British accents and 1960`s fashions, happy veiwing.
When i was 14 or 15 i used to have these incredible fantasys about Anne of Green Gables being my girl-friend, she was so sweet and charming and magical, i used to imagine that she was just as much in love with me as i was with her, it was amazing.
