Put Tony Bennett in a dinner jacket and bow tie, on a stool, under a spotlight on a darkened stage, and let him sing anything that has melody, and he would be a thousand times finer than this odd woman with claws who doesn't make music. This strange woman depends on cinematic effects rather than a musician's gifts. She will not endure.
