My husband and I both have our childhood stockings (his was made by his grandmother and features an embroidered choirboy!) which we put on the mantle, alongside our girls' baby stockings. As I was putting up decorations this year, I realized my husband's and my stockings are both about 50 years old. How quickly the time passes!

I miss the old days.
I remember a lot of happy Christmases back in the 1970s!
I miss the old days too, Bill. May next year be a brighter one for both of us.
Beautiful pictures. Makes me nostalgic for Christmas when Josh was young.
We were doing the same things practically down the street from you. Good times.
Lovely pictures, Patti. I miss my past too but going down memory lane can be painful. Those were good old happy days.
More excellent pictures. Phil looks so young!
