Wearing white, eh?
Meanwhile, what's black and white and Charles Foster Kane? The Zebra-Striped Hearst.
Yes, everyone, make your way to the banquet tables...mother in law jokes? Yes, I do have a million of 'em!
My name is more or less Todd Maso, and I'm the MC this evening...
(I barely remember getting dressed up as are the little Abbotts at that age...but no Aloha shirts yet, either...still lived in New England...)
And they say the seventies had no style!
I don't remember it as precisely white. More gray or beige. At least we don't have those big shoulders. Or maybe that was the eighties.
No kidding. I think I always thought the word was hearst. My hearing has always been punk.
I have hard-of-hearing spelling myself.
And then there are words you have read and never heard said. Read but no said words.
You and Phil look so young!
And that tuxedo is too much! My brother in law got married around the same time and he went for powder blue, which was a lot worse.
Jeff M.
Looks like the VanderMeers (who edited THE WEIRD) have been rewritten by Ross Macdonald to become Marlowes...
Thanks, Patti, for including my post :-)
Haha..Patti,it is definitely in the 80s, because I used to wear one.
a good lookin' family there.
