I like "quiet storm" or "smooth jazz" types of music if I'm really feeling stressed and need to calm down. On the classical side, I like Erik Satie for bringing down the stress level.
Anything that's music to the ears - Moody Blues, Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Lee Hazlewood, Jefferson Starship (Airplane), Engelbert Humperdink, Billy Joel, Ryan Farish (instrumental), Beatles, Sarah Brightman, Trini Lopez...oh, it's endless.
