For years I thought they were saying Manchester Tears.
As you might guess, I meant Mitch Ryder's comrades. I believe we're definitely missing some MC5ers.And too many Motowners.
I've always loved "96 Tears"! Pretty much any older song where they had that cheesy Hammond organ does it for me :)

Ah. A WIKIPEDIAn would have us know that the Mysterians favored a Vox Continental.
Never knew there was a VOX CONTINENTAL. But the sound is unforgettable.
