A Bit of Motherly Hooplah

The Metrotimes in Detroit, our city paper, did a nice piece on Megan. (And a bit on the rest of us too).

Patti, a great article. Thanks for passing it on. I'm working my way through A Hell of a Woman right now. It's a fantastic read and quite an accomplishment for your daughter. You must be crazy proud!

Thanks, Terrie. I am not a professor, however.

Nice article and I like the retro look of that cover. What a talented family you are.

Well, thanks. We work hard although just now I am lying on the sofa eating pretzels trying to keep up my fighting weight.
It is a great article and I think I may have written it myself.
DIE A LITTLE is out in the UK, Pierre.

Thanks for the link - loved Queenpin and am working my way through "Hell of a Woman" now, partly because I'm working on my own (feline-friendly, cozy, a little silly) take on noir: pet noir!

And yes, CONGRATS!

pattinase (abbott) berkata...

Thanks, Clea. Pet Noir, Bete Noire, I get it. HA!

Just started Queenpin last night and am going back on the sofa to read it! It really feels like an excellent novel!

Congrats to the proud mother! You've done well!

Thanks, Juri. Hope you continue to enjoy.

Stumbled on this blog via David Cramer's blog and I'm glad I did. Please check mine out. I'll be getting a copy of Queenpin via Amazon. I collect paperbacks and I love that cover - very pulp looking.
